ID scraper

1．Equipment composition：

ID scraper is consisting of scraping equipment and electronic control and pneumatic system. Scraping equipments include: scraping system, connecting system, ferrite-installation system, fixed system and adjustable system.

2．Equipment characteristics：

1. Electric control system has the following characteristics: on-line control, pressure control, constant feeding control, motor automatic running control, retracting control, off pressure control, safety control and other running instructions. When on line, it will automatically retract when the scraper has a sudden stop.
2. Pneumatic system has the function of pressure regulating, pressure steady, pressure maintaining, energy storage, throttling, off pressure, overflow safety and so on.
3. It adopts ring scraper and hydraulic scraping which is stable and with high quality.
4. Unique structure for the impeder; Ferrite is fasten and reliable; water cooling; steady welding with high quality; low consumption of ferrite.
5. Torrance after on-line ID scraping: -0.2～+0.4mm(this can be adjust according to the requirement).
